If you're so surprised by something you can't speak, you could say you were flabbergasted. كلمة تعنى أصابه الذهول لدرجة العجز عن النطق و الكلام Or a nice piece of British slang for you: gobsmacked. كلمة تعنى ايضا تفاجأ بشدة وإنعقد لسانه فعجز عن الكلام.

this is a very good question , it happened when I was in Dubai in 1998 and I was visiting the Arab Travel Market (one of the travel conventions) which held in Dubai every year. As a tour manager working for a travel agency in Bahrain my company had requested me to represent our agency there. In the convention center and passing by the Royal Caribbean cruise stand, I dropped my business card at the drawing in a lottery box and that was the surprise I've won tickets for 2 on the largest ship in the world and for 8 complete days in the south Caribbean Islands.
